This is the NEC PC Engine Arcade Card DUO for the CD-ROM2 system, compatible with the DUO, DUO-R, DUO-RX, and Super CD-ROM2. It is a used, Japan-region item with Japanese text.

The set includes the Arcade Card DUO, its original case, and the original manual. The card has been tested and played games normally. The case has some cracks. No game disc or console system is included — those were used only for testing.
