Defective, Broken NEC PC Engine Coregrafx Console PI-TG3 -f0707-2

1. Console: This console is not in working condition tested as you can see in the pictures. When I turn on the switch, the screen shows buggy images.

Nothing except those in the first photo comes with the product.
