This is SEGA Columns II: The Voyage Through Time, a JAMMA arcade PCB system board (B board), tested and working.
The board has been tested and plays normally — the photos show it being tested with a control box. Only the ROM PCB board is included; you'll need to supply your own control box and other accessories to play it.
This is an arcade-dedicated ROM board. Connecting it requires expertise and equipment, so please don't purchase it if you're not familiar with the connection process — support for connecting or playing the board isn't available.
