This is the Hello Kitty Special Box limited edition Nintendo Game Boy Advance console from Japan, sold as defective.

The on/off switch has become loose. The screen shows some black dots, and there's a small scratch on both the top surface and the LCD. The original battery lid is missing, and no battery is included.
