This is a Neo Geo Pocket Color (NGPC) console in Platinum Silver, including the manual and box.

The console does not output sound through its speaker, though the headphone terminal works normally, and it played games normally during testing. There is some rust inside the battery compartment. Please check the photos for the manual's condition. The box shows some damage and faded color.
