Hori Fighting Stick Multi for SNES PC Engine Megadrive Junk Broken Not Working

This is a Hori Fighting Stick Multi, a controller compatible with the Super Famicom (SNES), PC Engine (TurboGrafx-16), and Mega Drive (Genesis).

Only the Super Famicom connection cable is included; the PC Engine and Mega Drive cables are missing. It is sold as-is as junk — it does not work properly. The connection is unstable and at times games could not be played, and a wired/static noise occurs when using the stick. Please see the photos for the actual condition.
