This is Lesser Mern, a Japanese RPG for the FM Towns / Marty CD-ROM, a Japan-region release.

The set includes the CD-ROM disc, original manual, and original box, and has been tested and confirmed working. The box is original, but the plastic case inside has warped out of shape, and the box itself has dents and scratches. Note that the disc label has handwritten notes on it.
