The disk has been tested and is in working condition, as shown in the photos, and will be tested again before shipping. The disk itself is in good condition; the plastic case has some scratches.
This disk was tested working on multiple Disk System consoles. If it doesn't read properly on your own console, the issue is most likely with that console's reading head alignment rather than the disk itself — please only purchase if you're comfortable troubleshooting an issue like that yourself.
