This is Nazoler Land Part 3 for the Famicom Disk System, a Japanese FDS title.
The set includes the disk and its plastic case. The disk is in good condition and has been tested and confirmed working, as shown in the photos. The plastic case has some scratches.
Loading was tested on multiple Disk System consoles, and it will be checked again before shipping. If the disk will not read on your Disk System console, the problem is with the console itself — typically the read-head position adjustment being out of alignment. Please do not buy unless you are able to resolve that kind of issue yourself.
