This is a NEO GEO MVS system motherboard (A Board), model MV-1FZ / NEO-MVH.
The board has been tested and is in working condition, as shown in the photos — it reads MVS cartridge games. A manual is included, but it is not original; it is a copy.
The game cartridge is not included — only the MVS motherboard is sold. You will need to supply a controller box and other accessories to play games.
