This is a Nintendo Game & Watch Green House (GH-54), a Multi Screen model from 1982.
The screen does not display properly when viewed head-on due to polarization issues; display is functional overall, but both screens show faded color and have become dim (especially the upper screen), with some scratches and uneven coloring. Sound and buttons are both fine. The body is generally fine but has a lot of scratches.
