This is Splatter House (PCE Works version) for the FM Towns/Marty — note this requires 2MB of RAM. It's a used, Japan-region, Japanese-language release, and this is not the original release but a reproduction by PCE Works.

The game disk has been tested and is in working condition, as shown in the photos. The set also includes the original manual, the plastic case, and other paper inserts (see photos).
