This is a vintage Nintendo Game & Watch Helmet LSI game, sold as junk/broken.
The "Left" and "Right" buttons do not work properly, and the buttons overall are broken. The display has some defects, with uneven LCD coloring. Sound is okay, and the body is in good condition.
