This is an NEC PC Engine SuperGrafx console, a Japan-region system also known abroad as the TurboGrafx-16.
The console is in fair condition; it has been tested and played games normally. Included are one controller pad (tested), one Hu-card game, a genuine NEC power supply / AC adapter (tested), the original box, and the original manual, whose serial number matches the console. The box has big dents, scratches, and other damage. The AV cable is not included, and nothing except the items shown in the photos comes with the product.
