This is The Alvaleak — An Adventure History in Alvaleak Continent — for the PC-9801.
The disks were tested up through the title/wake-up screen, but the game was not played through to the end, so full playability can't be guaranteed — as is common with floppy disks this old, some mold may be present. All text is in Japanese.
