This is Castlevania 2: Simon's Quest for the Famicom Disk System, used.
The disk is in good condition, tested and confirmed working. The plastic case has some scratches, and the manual is original but in poor condition.
It's been tested on multiple Disk System consoles and will be tested again before shipping. If it doesn't read on your own console, that points to an issue with your console's read-head alignment rather than the disk itself — please don't purchase this if you aren't able to troubleshoot that yourself.
