This is a Japanese NEC PC Engine DUO console (TurboDuo PI-TG8) set, including a pad, games, power supply, AV cable, and the original box.

The console reads both Hu-Card and CD-ROM2 games normally, but has a sound defect: there's no audio through the normal output, and only low volume through the headphone jack, on both Hu-Card and CD-ROM2 games. One controller pad is included and works normally. Hu-Card and CD-ROM2 games are included — check the photos for details. The power supply and AV cable are genuine NEC products, and the AV cable has been tested.

Nothing beyond what's shown in the first photo comes with the product, and the photos are of the actual item you'll receive. As a Japanese PC Engine Duo console, it will only play Japanese Hu-Card and CD-ROM2 games.
