This is Karous for SEGA's NAOMI GD-ROM system (Milestone), a used Japanese-language set from Japan.

The set includes the GD-ROM disk (B Board), key chip, instruction card, and manual. The GD-ROM disk and key chip have been tested and are in working condition, as shown in the photos. The instruction card is original but has some damage. The manual is not original.

The NAOMI motherboard (A Board), GD-ROM drive, Capcom converter, connection cable, control box, and other accessories are not included — you'll need to supply these yourself to play the game.
