This is KONAMI no Shin Game wo 10 Bai Tanoshimu for the MSX / MSX2, a Japan-region cartridge with Japanese text.

The cartridge is in good, used condition, though the label seal is peeling off. It has not been tested, as the seller does not own a double-cartridge MSX console. The box is included, but its protective film has terrible damage and the box itself has dents and damage including scratches. The manual is missing.
