This is the Jakks Pacific "Namco Arcade Classics" plug-and-play TV game (2003), a joystick console featuring Pac-Man, Galaxian, Rally-X, Dig Dug, and Bosconian.

Included are the joystick unit and its power supply. It is working — it boots and plays correctly, verified on a TV, as shown in the photo of the game select screen. It is in used condition consistent with its age.
