This is the NEC PC Engine DUO-R console (TurboDUO, model PI-TG10), a Japan-region system. The set includes the console, a controller pad, the power supply, an AV cable, a game, the box, and the manual.

The console reads both Hu-card and CD-ROM2 software: Hu-card games play normally with normal sound output, and CD-ROM2 games also load and play with normal sound output. One controller pad is included; it works normally but has yellowed. The power supply (AC adapter) is a genuine NEC product, and the AV cable has been tested. One CD-ROM2 game is included (see photos); no Hu-card game is included. The box is in bad condition with dents, scratches, and other damage. The manual is original and its serial number matches the console. Nothing except the items shown in the photos comes with the product.
