This is the NEC PC Engine DUO-RX console (model PCE-DUORX), a Japan-region system.

The console has been tested and is in working condition — both Hu-card and CD-ROM2 games were tested. The Hu-card slot lid is broken. The included controller pad is not a DUO-RX original; it works normally but is in very bad cosmetic condition. One Hu-card game is included; CD-ROM2 games are not included. The power supply (AC adapter) is a genuine NEC product, and the AV cable has been tested.
