This is the classic Nintendo Game & Watch "Chef" (Wide Screen series, model FP-24), originally released in 1981.
It has been tested and is working: the buttons respond properly, the sound works, and the game is playable. The LCD screen shows noticeable degradation and darkening due to age, as seen in the close-up photo; the characters and numbers are visible, but the background and display show typical vintage LCD wear (slight screen burn and polarizer aging). The aluminum faceplate has some minor scratches and light wear from normal use, with no major cracks on the body. Please review the photos for the exact cosmetic state.
Batteries are not included; the unit requires two LR43 or SR43 button cells. This is a vintage electronic item over 40 years old and is sold as-is for collectors and retro gaming enthusiasts.
