This is a Club Nintendo exclusive novelty faceplate skin for the Game Boy Micro, in the Famicom 2P Pad design. It was never sold in stores and could only be obtained by redeeming accumulated Club Nintendo points.

The faceplate itself is in excellent condition. The outer box has some scratches. Please check the photos for full detail.

Note that the Game Boy Micro unit shown is not a real console but a mock-up, and you cannot play games with this faceplate set on its own.
