This is Real Bout Fatal Fury Special (RBS) for the NEOGEO MVS arcade system — a game cartridge and instruction card set.

The game ROM is in working condition, though the reading parts (contacts) have gotten rusty. The instruction cards and manual are original, with some damage on the surface.
