This is a SEGA Game Gear handheld console in the blue Ninku limited edition, sold as a boxed set with the manual and the Ninku game.

The console displays the screen and outputs sound normally, but it has not been tested with a PSU connection. There are some scratches on the screen, and there are also some small scratches on the LCD and body that are difficult to see in the photographs. The manual is original. The box is original but has a lot of damage, including cuts, stains, and dents. Nothing except what is shown in the photo comes with the product; all items are shown in it.
