This is a Nintendo Game Boy Micro (OXY-001) in purple, sold as junk/broken.
The lithium battery is already dead, so the console cannot be charged and is not in working condition. Please see the photos for more details — nothing beyond what's shown in the photo comes with the item.
This is a very old console, and the remaining life of lithium batteries in general is unknown.
