This is the Game ROM board (B Board) for Mizubaku Daibouken (Liquid Kids) on the Taito F2 arcade system.
It has been tested and is in working condition — I played the game normally. The manual and instruction card are not original; both are color copies.
Only the ROM board (B Board) is included. You'll need to supply your own Taito F2 motherboard (A Board), control box, and other accessories to play the game.
