This is the NEC Avenue Pad 3, a controller for the NEC PC Engine / TurboGrafx-16.
The pad has been tested and is in working condition, as shown in the photos. It was tested using Street Fighter 2, and each button was confirmed to operate normally.
Please note this was only a short check, so a malfunction may not have been found. By purchasing this pad, you are understood to accept this.
