This is the NEC Avenue Pad 6 (NAPD-1002), a six-button controller for the NEC PC Engine / TurboGrafx-16 (PCE), and per the title it comes boxed.
Used condition. It was tested using Street Fighter 2, and each button was confirmed to operate normally. Please see the photos for the actual condition.
