This is the NEC PC Engine CoreGrafx console (model PI-TG3), a Japan-region system also known abroad as the TurboGrafx-16.
The console is in working condition and has been tested, as shown in the photos. There are a lot of scratches on the surface. The power supply, controller pad, games, and AV cable are not included — this is the console only.
