1. Console: This console is in working condition tested as you can see in the pictures. 

2. Mouse: PC-FX original mouse is included, and usable normally.

3. AV Cable: Tested. The multi-purpose one.

Nothing except the items in the first pic comes with this set.

Game pads and Game disk are not included.
