This is a genuine copy of The Cockpit by Compac, a 3D flight simulator for the PC-8801/mkII, imported from Japan.
It comes complete with the box, sleeve, Pilot's Manual, and floppy disk, as pictured. The game has been confirmed working and boots and runs correctly. It is in used condition with general shelf wear to the box, so please review all photos closely for the exact condition.
