This is the Namco Arcade Classic plug-and-play portable LSI game console, used, with its power supply unit (PSU) included.
The set includes the console and PSU, both tested. The console has a large hole in it (see photo), and the battery metal fittings are missing, so it cannot run on battery power — it was tested and confirmed working via the PSU connection instead.
Display, sound, and buttons all work properly, and the body is in good working order.
