This is Might and Magic: Clouds of Xeen for the FM Towns / Marty, the Japanese version.
The set includes the disc, the original manual, and the original box. It is used and working. The box is original but has dents and scratches, and the plastic case has cracks. Please see the photos for the actual condition.
