This is the NEC PC Engine CoreGrafx console (model PI-TG3), a Japan-region system also known abroad as the TurboGrafx-16. Per the title, the set includes the console, a controller pad, the power supply (AC adapter), an AV cable, and the box.
The manual is missing and no game cards are included. The box has a lot of damage. Please see the product photos for full condition details.
