This is an NEC PC Engine SuperGrafx console (model PI-TG4), a Japan-region system.
The console is in working condition, as shown in the photos. The controller is a genuine NEC product and works properly, and the power supply (AC adapter) is also a genuine NEC product. The box has some damage, including scratches, dents, and stains.
The AV cable's connection is unstable. As a Japanese PC Engine console, please also confirm your setup is compatible before ordering.
