This is Arcus II: Silent Symphony for the NEC PC-8801 (PC88), supplied on floppy disk with the box. All contents are in Japanese.
The disks were tested but would not boot because of mold, and there is heavy mold throughout all of the disks. It is therefore sold as-is, as a junk item.
