This is a Panasonic MSX Power Pad FS-JS222 rapid-fire joypad controller (known in Japan as the "MSX Rensha-shiki Joypad"). It has a black plastic body with orange A/B action buttons and a directional pad, connected via a wired MSX multi-pin connector cable.
Used, and sold as the controller/cable only — no box or manual included. It has been tested and confirmed working, though it shows some scuffs and light wear from age.
