Includes the original DIP switch settings/wiring instruction sheet
Condition:
Boots and displays the attract screen and audio correctly (see photo)
Known issue: the screen image shakes/wobbles slightly up and down; cause not identified (could be a monitor/setting issue or a board issue) - sold as-is with this known issue
